My name is Cody Wells. I am publishing Azmacare.com as my way of dealing with the frustration of living with Asthma.
Recently, my wife spent four days in the hospital because of an acute asthma episode. Her breathing actually got worse after she was admitted. Her doctors couldn’t tell us what was going on or why her Blood Oxygen Level was actually decreasing after her treatments, instead of increasing.
Believe me when I tell you that those were the longest four days of my life (so far).
Azmacare.com is my way of turning the frustration and helplessness of watching my otherwise completely healthy wife gasping for her life for four days, into something positive.
My hope is that by researching, writing and publishing timely and practical asthma information, you and I will both find something, or be led to something, which can ultimately help our loved ones and ourselves.
I’m not a doctor or healthcare practitioner of any sort. Please keep that in mind as you read my articles on Azmacare.com or anywhere else. I do my best to provide accurate, timely and well researched information; unfortunately, that doesn’t guarantee anything.
You should always consult with at least one doctor and as many other healthcare and medical practitioners as will listen. Verify, talk about or question any information you read on Azmacare.com, or anywhere else for that matter. Before you make any choices, be sure you’ve got the facts (or at least as many facts as you can find).
I hope that I can be of some help to you.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cody
